We configure NORA and your other active B2Bee products against the Hive365 data layer. Message templates, ordering logic, and channel preferences are set. Customers receive an opt-in invitation. Most activate within 24 hours.

B2Bee is a Microsoft Partner operating in 10+ European countries. Designed for GDPR-compliant deployments — a data processing agreement (DPA) is provided as part of the standard commercial setup. Your ERP remains the system of record; details of data processing are covered in the DPA.
Our integration architecture uses read/write API tokens with minimum required permissions. No broad admin access is granted. All API connections are encrypted in transit and at rest. Access logs are available for audit on request.
Infrastructure
B2Bee runs on Microsoft Azure. For customers in the EU, customer data is stored and processed in Azure regions inside the EU.
For EU customers, data resides in EU Azure regions. Microsoft's EU Data Boundary commitment covers storage and processing for in-scope services. The deployment region is confirmed with you during technical discovery.
Data is encrypted at rest and in transit using Azure platform standards, including AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.2 or higher in transit.
B2Bee is a Microsoft Partner and builds on the Azure platform rather than on self-managed infrastructure.

How long does integration take?
For supported ERP systems with available API access, the technical setup — connection, configuration, testing and the first pilot route — typically takes 3 to 7 business days from kick-off; a complete proof of concept on a defined scope runs 7 to 14 days. Full rollout scope and schedule are confirmed during technical discovery.
Do we need to change anything in our ERP?
In most deployments, no. Hive365 connects to your ERP as an external system using existing API endpoints, so custom development on your side is typically not required. Your ERP team approves API credentials and our technical team handles the connection. Exact requirements are confirmed during technical discovery.
Our ERP is not on your list. Can Hive365 still connect?
Very likely. If your ERP exposes an API, Hive365 can connect to it. We have built integrations for a number of regional and industry-specific ERP systems not on our standard list. Feasibility and scope are confirmed during technical discovery.
What happens if our ERP is down or slow?
NORA is designed to keep operating through short ERP interruptions and to reconcile once the connection is restored. Behaviour during extended outages is defined per deployment and agreed during technical discovery.
Can Hive365 connect to both an ERP and a WMS?
Yes. Hive365 can work with a separate WMS alongside your ERP. This is common for distributors who use SAP or Dynamics for order management and a dedicated system for warehouse operations. Setup is confirmed during technical discovery.
Is customer WhatsApp data stored by B2Bee?
Customer phone numbers and message content are processed to enable order collection but are not stored by B2Bee beyond the minimum required for the integration to function. Processing is designed to be GDPR-compliant. We provide a data processing agreement as part of the standard commercial setup.
Where is our data stored?
In Azure regions inside the EU for EU customers, with the exact region confirmed with you during technical discovery. See Microsoft's EU Data Boundary documentation for the underlying commitment.

Yes, at rest and in transit, using Azure platform standards.
Our ERP is older than the current release. Is that a problem?
Usually not. Most integration work happens through what your ERP already exposes, regardless of how recent the release is. We confirm feasibility during technical discovery.
Can you connect without direct access to our ERP?
Yes. An intermediate staging database your team controls is a common setup when direct access isn't an option.
What if our ERP has no API at all?
File-based exchange over SFTP is a legitimate, common path in that case, not a fallback of last resort.
